The Bank pays special attention to loan programs offering its clients convenient tailor-made loan terms and ensuring individual approach and reasonable timescales for loan formalization.

Loans are granted to enterprises and organizations with different types of ownership based on analysis of their financial standing.

Loans are granted in Rubles, US Dollars or Euro for the purposes of replenishment of working capital, acquisition of fixed asset, investment, etc.

Loan rates depend on credit history, financial standing of clients, account turnover, provided security.

Loan periods:

• short-term - up to 1 year;
• medium-term – from 1 to 3 years;
• long-term – over 3 years.

Types of loans:

• crediting current accounts (overdraft);
• opening credit lines (with drawdown limit, with lending limit);
• directed lending and investment lending.

Types of collateral:

• pledge of fixed assets of a client;
• pledge of real estate;
• pledge of goods and material stocks;
• pledge of proprietary interests (entitlement to receiving monetary funds, etc.);
• guaranties (surety) of a highly reliable bank or a solvent company;
• pledge of stock/shares.
