Cash operations

The Bank performs the following cash operations:

• acceptance and disbursement of cash in Rubles and foreign currency, including operations under quick money transfer systems CONTACT, ALLURE, and BYSTRAYA POCHTA;
• sales and purchase of foreign currency at the Bank’s rates;
• money transfers without opening bank accounts (acceptance of utility payments, payment for services of providers, etc.)
• crediting and withdrawal of funds in Rubles and foreign currency via POS-terminals using VISA cards;
• disbursement of cash under advance order;
• authentication, recalculation and exchange of banknotes.

All cash desks of the Bank perform the exchange operations with US Dollars and Euro, including:

• sale/purchase of cash foreign currency for Rubles;
• sale/purchase of the currency of a foreign country for the currency of another foreign country;
• acceptance of cash foreign currency/the currency of the Russian Federation to credit accounts of physical persons using VISA bank cards;
• disbursement of cash foreign currency/the currency of the Russian Federation from accounts of physical persons using VISA bank cards;
• exchange of foreign banknotes for banknotes of the same foreign country;
• acceptance of doubtful banknotes of foreign countries for verification;
• withdrawal of currency other than the currency of the account from the ATMs of ALEF-BANK.

Monday – Thursday:                from 10:00 to 18:00
